The first mantra I ever heard was Deva's Gayatri Mantra. I have had some major shifts and some tremendous healing from the music both Deva and Miten share from their hearts, and my daughter and I went through birth to their music.

This was my first concert and workshop and it was as inspiring as it was beautiful. Manose's flute and singing blew me away, the earthy tones struck a chord in my heart as I'm sure it did with everyone there (certainly a lot of flutes were leaving with new 'owners'.... I am already looking forward to the next time you all visit and am working out a plan to join a retreat.

This year's Omega weekend was the first time I had seen you onstage. It was so much fun and so filled with a casual vibration of fun & community. After that, I was so completely overwhelmed by the gentle beauty of the music you shared with us here in DC.

The balance of the songs and chants, the richness of what you share spiritually accompanied by the lightness of your on-stage humor made it such a delicious experience, I just cannot wait to see you again! I was able to take one video clip with my i-phone - the stage is pretty magnificent!

A deep bow of appreciation for your Divine Concert in Philadelphia! I have been in love with kirtan ever since first experiencing it at Omega about one and a half years ago but the healing I experienced with you on Saturday brought my devotion to a new level.

In the week before the concert I had been very sick - fever, chest and stomach pain, low blood pressure, diarrhea, no appetite, limited sleep. Even at the beginning of the concert, I was still having diarrhea and significant pain but the pain suddenly lifted during one of the mantras and has not returned!!

As soon as the concert stopped, I said to my parter "I'm hungry" for the first time in a week! I am filled with awe and gratitude as I write this to you...

OMEGA ECSTATIC CHANT, NY

It was so wonderful to meet you and to experience a live performance of your beautiful music.

The Ecstatic Chant retreat was also an adventure. Maybe if you had come to Toronto this time, I would never have travelled to the retreat, and I am so glad I went (still hearing Hare Krishna in my brain).

I had not experienced Kirtan before, although I once spent a couple of days at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, India and some of the music this weekend had the same dream-like, transportive effect as the music and verse-chanting I heard there.

It was a long drive back from NY to Canada -- 11 hours with stops to stretch and a long wait at the border. Your CDs and one of Snatam Kaur helped me maintain a blissful state and still keep the car on the road. I can still feel the sublime energy that you transmit through your music and mantras, and the lasting impact of your hugs and embraces.

I missed the 1969 Woodstock event because I was in the killing fields of Vietnam as an infantry soldier serving my tour of duty. Omega Ecstatic 4 day chant weekend was the Woodstock I never had, but it was far more than that... it was a sacred, healing and mystical experience for me.

The sacred music brought me into deeper levels of peace and love... the loving people and your presence was totally divine - like being on heaven on earth... with tears of joy and happiness that finally made me feel totally alive and vibrant.I never knew that the power of music (sound) could do that even though I’ve chanted in Buddhist monasteries, and temples around the world.

What a sacred and divine experience – in fact one week later still reverberating from your chants....

Love, light and the gift of oneness to all on planet Earth…I bow to the divine in you and everyone and everything…Namaste.

Each time I sit with you and your songs I am so deeply touched. And feeling how your music and the space you create with everyone brings so many people together in heart and song is absolutely amazing. I love you both very much and cherish your presence in my life....

I absolutely loved the new song - or at least I had never heard it - Sing Your Own Song, and my friend loved it too. She hasn't been to many concerts in her life at all and she was delighted and in awe. And it looks like I can come again next year. Yeah!!! I won't miss it as it fills my heart so much.

Yeah. God was rocking in the nave and in the aisles of Wells Cathedral yesterday. (May 27th 2009). Could be he hasn’t seen this beautiful cathedral so jam-packed, wired and grooving, since the Act of Supremacy of Henry VIII in 1534.

Deva Premal, Miten and Manose had drawn in a huge crowd from across the south of England; all ages and variety of Faiths. An audience of nearly one thousand were listening to – and singing – Mantras, Sanskrit chants and old favourite soft-rock sacred songs.... (Read full review at Osho In UK)

The concert of Deva Premal and Miten has left curiously different energy imprints on the walls of theater building, which up until now hosted only cancan dancers and witnessing the antics of opera singers, as well as on all of the nine hundred viewers and listeners in the audience.

I have greatly enjoyed it all....

After long years of mantra concerts of Henry Marshall (his first concert in 1995 was attended by 16 people) ,
a new era has come for Deva Premal & Miten mantras.

They have managed to give confidence to sing to even those shy & quiet people who spent years of their life in fear of going to prison for a mere laugh or a joke in a pub during communist times (and in my own experience for playing a gong at city park). Even Czech audience has been already lifted to another level....
