INTERNAL FLIGHT EXPERIENCE – Inner exploration through sound, movement, and silence with Estas
The “Internal Flight Experience” is an invitation to explore sound, movement, and silence as gateways to inner expansion.
As an opportunity to transition from merely static listening into an active inquiry through music, the Internal Flight Experience offers a safe space for immersing ourselves in a wholesome inner journey that encompasses listening, moving, and releasing physical and mental tensions with a purpose of an inner shift.
Let the dynamics of sound and spontaneous movement guide you to deeper awareness and improved wellbeing.
SOUND JOURNEY
Far beyond a concert, every sound trip by Estas is a unique opportunity to experience music as a portal to one’s own inner world. Without any prior rehearsal, each sound journey reflects the depth of connection and the quality of emotion in a given moment. The sound flows through Estas spontaneously and is directly co-created with the audience – with everyone who is able to remain present throughout the journey. It is an invitation to listen actively, not only through the senses but with every cell of the body, mind, and heart, so that one allows the music to open the doors to new perceptions and ultimately experience profound silence and stillness within.

Peia
Peia Luzzi is an American born song collector, writer and multi-instrumentalist based in the mountains of Appalachia. Like water from a deep well, she draws inspiration from her ancestral roots of Irish and Old World European folk music. Peia’s voice dances nimbly from Child ballads and 17th C. Gaelic laments, to Scottish waulking songs, and Bulgarian mountain calls. Initially trained in voice and composition at the New England Conservatory of Music, she has traveled & studied extensively over the past 10 years to reconnect with her own ancestral song tradition.
With live performances often described as timeless and transcendent, Peia’s music transports audiences through hypnotic rhythms & soaring vocals.
Often accompanied by percussion and double bass, her mesmerizing performances offer authentic re-imaginings of traditional folk treasures, as well as a collection of her own original songs that speak to the heart of our times.
In addition to her work of song gathering, Peia’s passion lies in guiding others to discover their own authentic voice & expression through her Song of the Ancients workshops. Using her knowledge of both Indian Classical Raga & Vocal pedagogy she imparts upon her students the tools to sing with strength, flexibility and ease.
