Namaste friends – we are happy to tell you that we have recorded the mantra Namaste! We so love sharing the mantra with you all during our concerts around the world – the ‘namaste ritual’ has become a highlight of our evenings.
Our friend Paul Temple has created a beautiful new album, Radiance Mixes, melding the sacred, healing sounds of Tibetan Bowls with mantras chanted by Deva. A free download of Gaté Gaté, from the Heart Sutra of Buddha, is available here: http://bit.ly/RADMIX17.
Deva & Miten have received the 2017 Mind Award for Art & Culture (www.mindaward.com) in recognition of their work bringing “heart to the mind” and creating paths for inner peace through their albums and worldwide concerts.
Join us in creating a global wave of light to celebrate the Equinox on Monday, March 20 at any full hour, your local time. We will be chanting the Gayatri to welcome the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and the Autumn Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere – this is the moment when earth’s two hemispheres are receiving the sun’s rays equally and night & day are approximately equal in length. It is a beautiful moment to invite more inner light onto the planet.
Updates on the most recent Gayatri Fund projects in Nepal, including restoring the well in one rural village and rebuilding the school in another.
In these times of conflict and apparent separation, we offer this beautiful mantra as a reminder that, whoever we are and whatever beliefs and ideals we may carry, in the dimension of compassion and forgiveness, we are all One.
River Man, from Miten’s soulful new collection of songs Temple at Midnight, is featured in this new video.
